EN — Goldpen Rent Portal collects the information needed to manage leases, process rent payments, and provide support: contact details, lease and payment records, and conversations with our support assistant. Payment card and bank details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Data is shared with Zoho (CRM, Books, Desk, Sign, Analytics, FSM) solely to operate the service described in this portal. Tenants and owners may optionally sign in with their Google Account instead of a password; when you do, Google confirms your identity to us and we never receive your Google password, and Google never receives your Rent Portal data.
